They are made in cooperation with gluing system supplier – American Norton Company. Wrapping can be carried out as a "cold" process (using two component, polyurethane solvent glue) or "hot" process (using one component melt glue or so called reactive "hot-melts")It is possible to wrap on them: PVC, aluminum profiles and also MDF board with PVC or paper foils or natural veneers. These devices enable wrapping profiles of the width up to 500 mm. The wrapping speed amounts 40 m per minute. |

This device is assigned for precise slitting of PVC foil or other tapes made of paper or plastic. It is possibile to slit one roll into several other smaller rolls simultaneously. Applied expanding shafts enable precise adjustments and easy operation. The proper foil stretch can be adjusted by simple brake system operatem manualy.
